Your vision, your shape.
Signature cuts, one-off silhouettes and shapes that don't have a name yet — planned, cut and polished on our own wheels.
Request a custom cutIf it can be drawn, it can be cut.
We hold 29 cuts as standard. Everything else — a house shape for a brand, a portrait cut, an animal, a logo rendered in facets — is a commission, and commissions are most of what our senior cutters do.
The limit isn’t the drawing. It’s the rough: an unusual silhouette can cost you half the weight of the stone. We’ll tell you that number before you spend anything.

Send a reference
A sketch on paper, a photograph, a CAD file, a competitor's stone — anything that shows the silhouette you're after.
- 02
Feasibility & yield
We model the shape against real rough and tell you honestly what it costs in yield. Some silhouettes waste half the stone; you should know that before you commit.
- 03
Planning & mapping
The chosen rough is 3D-scanned and the cut mapped for maximum return, clarity and symmetry.
- 04
Cutting & polishing
Bruted, blocked and brillianteered by hand on our own wheels. Bespoke silhouettes are cut by our senior cutters, not the production line.
- 05
Grading & delivery
Checked in our lab, certified independently if you want it, and shipped insured door to door.

The usual questions.
- Is there a minimum?A single stone is fine for a signature or exhibition piece. For a repeatable branded cut we'd usually talk about a run.
- Can you protect the shape?Yes. Bespoke silhouettes cut for a client are not offered to anyone else, and we'll sign to that effect.
- Natural or lab-grown?Either. Lab-grown is often the sensible route for an unusual silhouette, because the yield loss costs you far less.
- How long does it take? Two to five weeks depending on the shape and the rough, from sign-off to a finished, graded stone.
